Scope
Change preparation, review, verification, evidence requirements and documentation maintenance. The source-confirmed baseline below covers part of this scope; remaining operational details are unknown.
Current implementation baseline
Use the implementation and exact source revision as evidence for technical documentation. Separate code-confirmed behavior, proposed requirements and observed execution results; existing tests alone are not passing evidence. Preserve historical decisions and identify unresolved authority or compatibility questions.
Each Worker has a test script and TypeScript checks; scripts differ, and MCP lacks the same lint/format package-script set as several other Workers. Read its actual manifest rather than assuming uniform commands. Shared protocol copies require manifest checks; Corpus validators require generation checks.
Evidence: testing strategy, worker template, test-case template and MCP package scripts. Review application-suite execution separately from deployment workflow labels. Branch protection, review ownership and mandatory merge policy are not established by these files.
